The Perfect Theory is a side project formed by Andy and Tony Johnson along with Adam Young. The project started in 2006 and was disbanded in 2009. Many themes in each track follow the idea of romance. 

There were two releases by the group. The first was "I Love The Babez", and was released on March 19, 2006. It featured two songs, "Without You Baby" and "Prom Night". The second was "Marriage", and was released on January 1, 2009. It featured one song, "Waldorf + CSU = LOVE". Three other songs were released between 2006 and 2009, separate from the other releases. These tracks were "Do You Want to Date Me", "Fast Food Relationships" and "Waldorf Sweetheart".
